It was truly an amazing experience at Richard’s place he made us feel so homey and welcoming and even had answers to all my questions I had . Super friendly and super awesome . Will be coming back !

I booked this stay last minute for a family funeral, so I wasn't there to enjoy all that the gulf coast has to offer, but this was just right for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The hosts were accessible and responsive. It was the perfect stay for us.

Great place! Was clean and exactly like the pictures! Close to everything we wanted to do! Host was very nice and helpful! We had a great time we’d definitely stay again!

Having a full kitchen and two separate bedrooms gave us space to spread out. It rained our entire trip, so we couldn't enjoy the amenities outside like the patio, pool, or playground.

We found the condo to be comfortable and well maintained. Comfortable beds, roomy yet welcoming living spaces. We especially appreciated the supplies and amenities in the kitchen. Richard is a proactive owner, making certain our arrival and check in were easy. Would def recommend staying with Richard again!

The property location was very convenient for beach access (walking distance), as well as proximity to city attractions. The property was very clean and secure. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

It was very clean and nice. We have stayed at this property twice and we absolutely love it. I also enjoyed how one of the showers had extra storage. Most condos or hotels don’t have a lot of storage in the shower! We didn’t necessarily dislike anything but the balcony doors were a little hard to open and one of the plugins in the secondary bedroom didn’t work.

Great location - great amenities- extremely safe- very clean with every thing we needed- great price - great host - great Manager who were very reponsive. Close to the beach and so many other points of intrest. This is the place I would recomend over all others and I have stayed at quite a few. Can't say enough and extremely wonderful price. Superb place Richard and I cant wait to return - Thanks!!!

This place is everything. It was very clean and quiet. My grandkids loved the place. We stayed 5 days. We really wanted to stay longer. But back to work we go. It a must go back place. Richard is an awesome person. Very soft spoken voice with a smile. I will definitely be telling people about this place. The only thing I notice was . Someone was smoking the left hand cigarette. And it had a strong odor. Other than that.👍🏽❤️

Beds were ok comfort wise but squeaky, the bedrooms are big enough would have preferred king beds. We didn't know to bring our own beach towels for the pool & room had none that we could find but overall loved our stay!
