Great location - great amenities- extremely safe- very clean with every thing we needed- great price - great host - great Manager who were very reponsive. Close to the beach and so many other points of intrest. This is the place I would recomend over all others and I have stayed at quite a few. Can't say enough and extremely wonderful price. Superb place Richard and I cant wait to return - Thanks!!!

Me and my partner had absolutely wonderful stay at Richard's abode. It was safely out of town in a scenic space. Check in wasn't a hassle, once you find your way to the home. Upon entering it was clean and organized, listed amenities were well functioning and nicely accommodating. Richard was a wondeful and friendly host who sent out check-in's, instructions, and communications clearly and frequently. I would certainly recommend this home! Cheers!

This place is everything. It was very clean and quiet. My grandkids loved the place. We stayed 5 days. We really wanted to stay longer. But back to work we go. It a must go back place. Richard is an awesome person. Very soft spoken voice with a smile. I will definitely be telling people about this place. The only thing I notice was . Someone was smoking the left hand cigarette. And it had a strong odor. Other than that.👍🏽❤️

Beds were ok comfort wise but squeaky, the bedrooms are big enough would have preferred king beds. We didn't know to bring our own beach towels for the pool & room had none that we could find but overall loved our stay!

We liked everything about this property. It was safe, comfortable like home, quiet, beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. There were plenty of towels and cookware. Plates, cups, and glasses. Excellent location and pool area had a shower that enabled us to wash off the sand when we came from the beach. The security guard was attentive and there to assist us in getting into the pool area after hours to wash off the sand. It was just overall fantastic. We had absolutely no dislikes.

The entire place was very private and secluded. You had a gate entrance, and property was very clean and quiet There was not anything I did not like about my stay, other than the early time for having to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and extremely clean. The coffee bar was a nice amenity. Richard was very responsive when I had a question and gave clear instructions on check in/check out procedures. Would definitely choose this condo again.

I enjoyed the stay there it was just like home.the store and shopping center was very close .the beach was right across within walking distance and so was shopping. I really enjoyed my stay there .it was nice plus has a pool as well that was very great for me when did not want to go to the beach .it was my pleasure to be able to be here and will rent it again .they was nice and helpful and very attended if you need anything. the place was very clean and yes it's a must to stay there

Richard was able to accommodate me on short notice and we kept good communication as timing issues arose. The place was clean and the bed setups were very comfortable. I noticed a crib and even coal for the grill outside. I highly recommend this host. This is the way airbnb should be done. Thanks Richard!
